General Membership
In order to participate in any educational programs offeredat Sancta Familia Academy, families must join online and become members of our organization. Request membership at our Member Website, http://www.sanctafamilia.net/ Membership is $15.00 for one school year from July through June.
Option 1
SanctaFamilia Home Academy& Homeschool Support Network
Homeschool support group membership does not require enrollment in our private school, Sancta Familia Academy. Enrollment in our private school does not require membership in our support network for distance students. SFA homeschool students who enroll in the Academy and join our support network benefit from affiliation with our private school. Students are enrolled in Sancta Familia Academy in compliance with compulsory education laws and do not submit a letter of intent to establish a home
education program to the county. Home teachers report attendance and Grades to the Academy; and report cards, transcripts, and diplomas are issued by the Academy. All member benefits apply including lending library, participation in field trips,classes, andother activities offered by the Academy or organized by member parents, discounts on FPEA membership (coming in Sept.) and annual testing. Fees for field trips, course materials,etc. are charged in addition to the fees listed below. Full membership, including private school record keeping services entitles families to enroll a student in our Co-op Program and take classes at the academy. Tuition and book fees for classes are listed in the Course Catalog.
ApplicationFee: $25 per NEW family
Program Fee: $150 per family, per year (MembershipDues)
Enrollment Fee: $150 per year- first student, $100 per year- second student,$50 per year for each additional student
Payment Option: After paying the $25 NEW Student / Family Application Fee and Annual Family Membership Dues of $150 per family, the enrollment fee may be paid monthly from August through May (10 equal payments) according to the following schedule:
$15 per month for first student in family
$10 per month for second student in family
$5 per month for each additional student in family
For example: One student would be $15 per month, two students - $25, three students - $30, four students - $35, etc.
Options 2 and 3 (below) are included in Option 1 above.
Option 2
Brevard Network of Catholic Home Educators (B.N.C.H.E.)
Homeschool support group membership without private school enrollment is available for students enrolled in a home education program with the county superintendent’s office. Membership entitles families to participate in any of Sancta Familia Academy’s co-op, enrichment classes, academic classes, and activities. Other member benefits include book & curriculum lending library, discounted annual testing, and more.
Application Fee: $25 per NEW family
Program Fee: $150 per family, per year
Membership does not include enrollment, bookfees, material fees, lab fees,course tuition, field trip costs, etc.
Option 3
SanctaFamilia Home Academy Private School Record Keeping Service
Students may be enrolled in Sancta Familia Academy in compliance with compulsory education laws even if they do not live in Brevard County. SFA will keep permanent records and transcripts for distance students in cooperation with the home teacher / parent. Grades and attendance records will be reported to the academy on a regular basis and students may receive report cards, transcripts, and diplomas. Parents will receive guidance in implementing their educational program and selecting curriculum.
Application Fee: $25 per NEW family
Enrollment Fee: $150 per year- first student, $100 per year-second student, $50 per year for each additional student.
Enrollment alone does not include support group membership and students are not eligible for campus classes or activities. Enrolled students should not enroll in a home education program with the county.
Option 4
ClassicalAcademy
Home educated students may take advantage of Sancta Familia’s classical curriculum by enrolling in classes offered through our homeschool co-op, but we also offer a full course of studies for families looking for a more traditional school. Our students attend classes from 9:00 – 3:00 Tuesday through Friday. (Exact arrival and dismissal times fo rthe 2011-2012 school-year will be determined.) Registered students will be notified and will begiven a schedule along with a calendar for the up-coming year. To see the current course list with tuition and fees, visit our home academy website . Tuition and Fees for full time enrollment:
ApplicationFee: $50 per NEW STUDENT
Enrollment Fee: $150 per year,per student ($450 family maximum)
Registration Fee: $300 per student PK-4th grade, $350 per student 5th – 12th grade
Tuition: $400 per month PK-K, $450 per month grades 1-8, $500 per month grades9-12*
*Full time enrollment subject to availability and the demand for high school level classes.
High school courses always available through co-op (See below)

Co-op Classes available to Support Group Members (Options 1 & 2)
A schedule and course list for student-members who are interested in taking academic and/or enrichment classes at SFA is available on our home academy web site. Tuition and fees for each course will be listed in the course catalog. Tuition for most classes ranges from $150 - $500 per year depending on length of course and number of classes per week. A high school student could take a typical course of study for around $3000 per year plus enrollment & material fees.
